Since our products are natural consumables, we only accept returns or replacements under specific conditions.

Eligible for Return or Replacement

We accept returns or replacements if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is expired or tampered with on arrival.

To be eligible, please:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear images or video evidence of the issue.
  • Keep the product in its original packaging.

Once your request is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (depending on availability).

  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Change of mind after delivery
